Initial Consultation

If you are currently pregnant or in your postpartum and would like support, we offer 1:1 Initial Consultations. Please book via the link. 

Our goal during our first consultation was to get to know you really well on a mind, body, spirit level. We create an extensive case history to assess your current health, including medical history, gut health, nutritional status, dietary analysis and lifestyle factors. We look thoroughly at any recent tests or bloodwork you have done in the last 12 months (if provided).

At the end of your first appointment, an individual treatment plan including a prescription and recommendations will be formulated and emailed to you. Nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle recommendations will be suggested to provide short and long-term relief. These will be delivered to your door.

Follow-Up Consultations

As Naturopathic treatment is progressive, treatment strategies are in-depth and worked on in stages for optimal results. Treatment must be monitored, reviewed and adjusted to ensure we are achieving your goals. 
The follow-up consultation will be three - four weeks after the initial consultation.
