Absolutely! Many fertility treatments do not take into account egg quality and do not address the diet and lifestyle factors that play such a big role in achieving a healthy pregnancy.
We work with many women who are also in fertility treatments and on medication like clomid or letrozole. The holistic work we do positively impacts their chances at conceiving, often being able to do less invasive procedures and allowing clients to achieve better results in a shorter time frame.
I am in my late 30’s-40’s, will this still be helpful?
Yes absolutely! We have supported many women to conceive naturally and through IVF (after prior failed rounds) in their 30’s and 40’s. In fact, it comes even more important to implement these tools as we age.
I have a diagnosed condition like PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, will this be helpful?
Your fertility is an indicator of your overall health status. The information in this guide will only be supportive for your overall health, regardless of the condition you have been diagnosed with, so YES!
I have low AMH, will this be supportive?
Yes - AMH is not an indicator of your ability to fall pregnant. It only tells you how many eggs you have left but it has nothing to do with the quality of those eggs or your ability to conceive. Your ability to conceive and maintain a pregnancy has everything to do with the quality of that egg (and sperm) and this guide will be incredibly supportive to increase both both egg and sperm quality.
I haven't started trying yet, or I only just started trying. Is now a good time to buy this course?
The optimal time to start working with us is at least 3-6 months prior to even trying! Why? Because the quality of your egg and sperm you are trying to conceive with now, is dependent on what you did 4 months ago. It also takes 3 months as a minimum to improve nutrient deficiencies, so instead of wasting 12+ months trying first, you can get a head start and fall pregnant on your first month trying instead by doing the preconception work and implementing the tools in the Fertile Formula!
