Alysha Habgood is a degree qualified Naturopath, energy healer and feminine embodiment coach. For the past 7 years through her 1:1 clients, Alysha has helped hundreds of women to successfully conceive, maintain a pregnancy and finally meet their healthy baby.

Alysha’s mission is to help women to truly understand their body on a deeper level, to connect back with their inner feminine wisdom and experience the pregnancy and postpartum of their dreams.

My Healing Journey

I created the Fertile Feminine because I too have struggled with my own health. For years I couldn’t understand why I had fatigue, PMS, skin issues and chronic low iron levels. I spent so many years looking for answers. This was my trigger to spend the next 8 years on a transformational journey and to study Naturopathy. With all the mind body spirit knowledge I had gained, I was able to bring myself to a place of healing.

But once I made the decision to become a mother and I was pregnant, I realised there was even more healing to be done. To be frank, I did not enjoy my pregnancy, I experienced fluid retention and swelling from 20 weeks, was frequently nauseous and the fatigue really hit me. I didn’t feel like myself and realised I did not spend enough time and energy preparing my body and tapping into my feminine before falling pregnant. So many limiting beliefs and wounds came up in my pregnancy to be healed. I often found myself crying whilst alone wondering if I was cut out to be a mother. My early postpartum was met with a number of challenges. I struggled to slow down and embrace those early months of new motherhood. My journey from maiden to mother felt like it was far from smooth sailing with breastfeeding challenges and a less than ideal birth experience. In those first months I experienced pain in my body, postpartum anxiety, low mood and a rollercoaster of emotions. Looking back, I know I didn’t take care of myself in the way that I teach my clients to.

This cracked open another journey of transformation. I wanted to heal these deeper layers of myself physically and emotionally that I had neglected.

I hired practitioners and mentors, rectified nutrient deficiencies, did all the functional testing and took the right supplements and herbs for me. I truly did the healing work to reconnect with and embody my feminine.

I help women get pregnant by taking a holistic approach to fertility. A mind body spirit approach – this is the missing key to most women’s fertility journey. This program breaks down my method and teaches you how to nourish all areas that are related to fertility in the body, mind and spirit. Will this program help me if I’m undergoing fertility treatment or can It be combined with my current medical fertility treatment?

Absolutely! Most fertility treatments do not take into account egg quality and do not address the diet and lifestyle factors that play such a big role in achieving a healthy pregnancy. I work with many women who are also in fertility treatments, and the holistic work we do positively impacts their chances at conceiving, and sometimes being able to do less invasive procedures and allowing them to achieve better results in a shorter time frame.

This is what is most exiting about the program! This is our goal for you and it happens often. The program doesn't stop once you conceive. Once pregnant, you want to use the content you are learning and group sessions to ensure you MAINTAIN that pregnancy to full term!
