I plan to do IVF, or I'm on medication, will working with you be beneficial?

Absolutely! Many fertility treatments do not take into account egg quality and do not address the diet and lifestyle factors that play such a big role in achieving a healthy pregnancy. 

I am in my late 30’s-40’s, will this still be helpful?

Yes absolutely! We have supported many women to conceive naturally and through IVF (after prior failed rounds) in their 30’s and 40’s. In fact, it comes even more important to implement these tools as we age.

The optimal time to start working on your diet and health is at least 3-6 months prior to even trying! Why? Because the quality of your egg and sperm you are trying to conceive with now, is dependent on what you did and ate 4 months ago. It also takes 3 months as a minimum to improve nutrient deficiencies, so instead of wasting 12+ months trying first, you can get a head start and fall pregnant on your first month trying instead by changing your diet now.
